do i need to install something?: No. Foldspace is a Slack and Teams app — your team installs it via the standard app directory. No browser extension, no desktop app, no MDM headache.
what if our team isn't on Slack?: Microsoft Teams is supported with parity. Discord is on the roadmap (Q3). For everything else, the REST API + webhooks let you wire it up — see /docs.
is per-seat pricing not in our future?: Correct. Flat-rate is a positioning commitment, not a launch promo. We won't change it on Team plans. Enterprise has custom terms because >100-seat orgs have different cost shapes (CMK, on-prem) — but the per-team-not-per-seat principle holds.
how do you compare to other meeting tools?: Most "meeting tools" record sync meetings. Foldspace replaces sync meetings with structured async messages — same outcome, no calendar conflict. We're not a Zoom add-on, not Loom-for-standups, not an enterprise transcription service.
